The first manuscript consisting of the Panj Sha’n ends at p. 89 (p. 47 of PDF). There is then a letter bound into the volume and the second manuscript starts on p. 49 of PDP and its pages are unnumbered. 82 pp. of PDF.

Citing The Afnan Library

Add to that the page number of the PDF from the top left of the viewing box. You may also add the page number of the original document in parenthesis. For example:
